Advice From The Rabbit Masters

Rabbit Masters is a household name in the Rabbit industry in Ghana. The C.E.O of the Masters, is in the person of Mr Harrison Addy a.k.a The Rabbit People (TRP), as part of his contribution of encouraging the New comers to up their games, gave the following advise to the farmers.


1. Good record keeping.

2. Weekly stock taking.

3. Weekly reviews

4. Keeping good record of casualties.

5. Take picture of any dead rabbit before disposal.:

Some years back my Rabbits dies only on Sundays when am busy in church. I used to complain that my Rabbits only dies on Sundays until my Bishop advise me to demand for pictures.



6. Find a faithful person.

7. Be nice to your employees:

Whenever I am privileged to work from any of my farms my employees there are always happy because their lunch are secure. Just be nice to them .

The yet to be married Rabbit Masters said if the above is followed religiously we would go to places. Do you have more advise? Mr Reader!

Farmer Brown Family Garden

 Farmer Brown is a household name in the rabbit industry not only Ghana but Africa as a whole. Most of us thought he farms only rabbit, Farmer Brown is a complete Farmer. Read the following work from Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity. The farmer Brown family garden is about 600m2. and is maintained by Adotei Brown, popularly known as Farmer Brown, his wife, and their two children. The garden is cultivated with peppers intercropped with noni plants, cocoyams, and cassava. Rabbit manure is used to fertilize the soil. Peppers harvested from the garden are sold on the market and also for home consumption. Excess peppers are sundried for preservation. The cocoyam leaves locally known as kontomire are harvested and used in the preparation of vegetable stew. This stew is usually eaten with the boiled tubers of the cocoyam.
